Privacy Statement to meet the conditions of GDPR 22 May 2018

The data routinely collected when a member joins the club is name, address, telephone number and email address. The information is held and updated by the Membership Secretary. Address, telephone numbers, and email are shared with other Committee Members.

Data is used infrequently for communication of information and organisation of events. It is not shared with any other persons or organisation.

Data is stored on password protected computers and a paper version is held by committee members.

The Tuesday Bridge Club collects personal data necessary for the purpose of its legitimate interests as a membership organisation.

An individual can request access to their personal data by contacting the Membership Secretary. Data can be removed or amended at the request of a member at any time and is removed by request when a member ceases to belong to the club.
